Dr. Chang is Intellectual Property Consultant of ATIPM. Before joining ATIPM, Dr. Chang has 9+ years experience in field of optoelectronic R&D. Prior to joining ATIPM, he has worked in TASC for 2.5 years leading a RD team to developing optoelectronics device including VCSEL/UVC LED/InGaAs PD, iReach Corp. for 3 year to design VCSEL chips and wafer manufacturing process, handling wafer production in OEM factory and setup Multi-functional VCSEL Characteristics Analysis System and EPISTAR Corp. for 4 year developing MicroLED chip and Mass Transfer technology.
He has rich experience in R&D and production and is more capable of mastering the strategic key of intellectual property.
